Euro Aircraft Leasing s. r. o. was founded in 2016 by aviation specialists and experts on the operation and leasing of transport aircraft and helicopters.
We specialise in mediating the rental and leasing of aircraft and helicopters with crew (Wet Leasing) to airline operators and customers around the world with major powers in Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

MAIN AREAS WHERE WE OPERATE

Leasing cargo planes for the transport of heavy loads – individual flights with utilisation of the transport capacity of the entire aeroplane or long-term lease with a crew.

Leasing or Procuring (for individual jobs) of cargo helicopters for cargo transport and special jobs, such as wood lifting, anti-fire operations and chemical operations (e.g. forest liming) using the Bambi Bucket, an assembly of special technologies and equipment (crane under the fuselage) for high-rise buildings or works in the mountains (such as the installation of technology and columns for cableways).

Leasing transport aircraft for transporting passengers for airlines providing scheduled air transport and charter operations.

LEASING SERVICES

Our activities include preparing an offer based on your requirements and mediating communication between a Lessor and a Lessee and other activities leading to the signing of the lease contract between the two parties.

 

A.C.M.I.

with a complete crew (cockpit crew – Capt., F/O), including cabin crew or only Chief on Board and operating engineers providing aircraft maintenance on-site of operation (at airport).

DAMP LEASING

with a complete crew (cockpit crew – Capt., F/O) and operating engineers. The cabin crew is provided by the Lessee. Training of the Lessee's cabin crew is provided by the Lessor.

Note: Cargo planes and cargo helicopters are leased for individual flights and long-term lease exclusively with the crew, the head of the cargo deck and the Lessor’s technical personnel!

ACMI

ACMI (Aircraft, Maintenance, Crew, Insurance) is a quick and safe solution for start-up airlines or airlines requiring a rapid opening of other airlines or seasonal charter operations and the need for further expansion of a regular aircraft fleet. ACMI is also a solution for a new air operator (Lessee) who holds an AOC (Air Operator Certificate) but do not operate their own aircraft.

Broker agent

Agreeing on the final terms and conditions of the agreement and the subsequent signing of the Agreement on ACMI takes place directly between the Lessor and the Lessee. Our company works as a Broker Agent and provides comprehensive assistance during the negotiation process between the Lessor and the Lessee in order to facilitate the negotiation process and help both parties so that the contract ensures the requirements of both parties as well as the relevant required technical and operational documents.

LEASE CONTRACT

The lease contract is always signed between the Lessee and the Lessor. The Lessee pays the Lessor agreed monthly fees for Guaranteed Block Hours (BH). The Lessee should also pay the Lessor the agreed Security Deposit by bank transfer or in the form of a bank guarantee on the day of the aircraft flying to the Lessee.

Heavy and medium air freighters (for cargo transport)
B737-300F, A300-600F, B747-200F, An-124, IL-76.

Freight transport helicopters (for cargo transport and special operations)
Twin Mi- 8MTV, Mi-26, Ka-32S, Bell 412, W-3 Sokol, and single-engine EC-135 Eurocopter.

Transport aircraft for passenger transport
Boeing B737 - 700/800/900, B767 - 200/300ER; Airbus A319, A320, A330; ATR-42 and 72.

Technical specifications for aircraft and helicopters offered for lease will be sent to you based on your requirements after consultation with the Lessor. A request form can be found on our website.
